  • Progressive Overload — Smart autofill suggests your next weights based on last session’s performance. Hit all your reps? Weight goes up automatically.
  • Rescheduling — Missed a session? Move workouts to a different day with a before/after preview so nothing gets lost.
  • Rest Timer — Auto-starts after each set with a non-intrusive overlay. Customise duration per exercise to match your training style.
  • Supersets & Dropsets — Group exercises into supersets or reduce weight within a set for dropsets. Built into the workout flow, not bolted on.
