- Workout Tracking — Log sets, reps, and weight for every exercise. Complete sets with a tap, save workouts, and pick up where you left off with drafts.
- Progressive Overload — Smart autofill suggests your next weights based on last session’s performance. Hit all your reps? Weight goes up automatically.
- Rescheduling — Missed a session? Move workouts to a different day with a before/after preview so nothing gets lost.
- Rest Timer — Auto-starts after each set with a non-intrusive overlay. Customise duration per exercise to match your training style.
- Supersets & Dropsets — Group exercises into supersets or reduce weight within a set for dropsets. Built into the workout flow, not bolted on.
Nutrition
- Nutrition Tracking — Search foods, scan barcodes, hit your macro targets, and use the drink configurator for coffee shop orders.
