PT Tracker is your all-in-one fitness companion — built for lifters, CrossFitters, runners, and everyone in between. Whether you’re following a structured programme or building your own, PT Tracker helps you track workouts, log nutrition, and stay consistent.

What you can do

  • Track workouts — Log sets, reps, and weight for strength training. Use built-in AMRAP, EMOM, and Tabata timers for CrossFit and functional training.
  • Log nutrition — Scan barcodes, search thousands of foods, or quick-add macros. Track calories, protein, carbs, and fat against personalised targets.
  • Follow programmes — Choose from built-in training plans or browse the marketplace for creator-designed programmes.
  • Get AI coaching — Ask the AI Coach for exercise alternatives, form cues, or meal suggestions based on your remaining macros.
  • Monitor progress — View weight trends, body measurements, workout volume, and nutrition history on your dashboard.

Quick start

Getting up and running takes just a few minutes:

  1. Create your account — Sign up with email or social login.
  2. Set up your profile — Enter your stats so we can personalise your experience.
  3. Choose a programme — Pick a training plan that matches your goals.
  4. Log your first workout — Complete and track a session.
  5. Log your first meal — Start tracking your nutrition.
