Choose a Programme
PT Tracker works best when you’re following a structured programme. You can start with one of the built-in plans or explore the marketplace for programmes designed by coaches and fitness creators.
Built-in programmes
PT Tracker includes free programmes to get you started immediately. These are tailored based on the training style you selected during profile setup:
- 12-Week Recomp — A balanced strength and hypertrophy plan designed for body recomposition.
- Beginner Strength — A linear progression programme for those new to lifting.
- Functional Fitness — CrossFit-style programming with daily WODs, AMRAP, and EMOM sessions.
Each programme includes scheduled workouts with target sets, reps, and suggested weights based on your experience level.
Marketplace programmes
The marketplace is where coaches, personal trainers, and fitness creators publish premium programmes. To browse:
- Tap the Marketplace tab in the bottom navigation.
- Filter by training style, duration, difficulty, or price.
- Tap a programme to view its full description, weekly structure, and reviews.
- Purchase and enrol — the programme appears in your workout schedule immediately.
Some creators offer free taster programmes so you can try before committing.
Training without a programme
You don’t have to follow a programme. You can create custom workouts from scratch by tapping New Workout on the Workouts page. Search the exercise library, add movements, and set your own rep and weight targets. This is ideal if you prefer to programme your own training.
Changing programmes
You can switch programmes at any time from Settings > Active Programme. Your previous workout history is always preserved — nothing is lost when you move to a new plan.
