Before you troubleshoot
Most issues can be resolved by checking a few basics first:
- Update the app — Make sure you’re running the latest version of PT Tracker from the App Store or Google Play.
- Check your connection — Many features require an internet connection to sync data. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Restart the app — Close PT Tracker completely (swipe it away from your recent apps) and reopen it.
- Restart your device — A simple restart fixes more problems than you’d expect.
