This page covers common account and billing questions including password resets, subscription management, and account deletion.

Forgot your password

  1. Open PT Tracker and tap Sign In.
  2. Tap Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address you signed up with.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link — it arrives within a few minutes.
  5. Tap the link, set a new password, and sign in.

If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam or junk folder. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don’t have a PT Tracker password — use the relevant social login button instead.

Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store, not within PT Tracker itself.

iOS

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Find PT Tracker in the list and tap it.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Find PT Tracker and tap it.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after cancelling.

Restore purchases

If you’ve reinstalled the app or switched devices and your Pro subscription isn’t showing:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the same account you originally subscribed with.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases.
  3. The app will check with the App Store or Google Play and reactivate your subscription.

If the restore doesn’t work, your subscription may have been purchased under a different account. Check which Apple ID or Google account you used when you first subscribed.

Delete your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  2. Confirm by entering your password.
  3. Your account, workout history, nutrition logs, and all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

This action cannot be undone. If you’d prefer to keep your data but stop using the app, simply uninstall it — your data stays safe on our servers in case you return.
