Community interviews

Share the useful version of your story

We are interested in honest experiences, including setbacks and features that did not work for you. The aim is to help another person make a better decision, not manufacture a perfect advert.

Quick answer

Send PT Tracker your goal, starting point, timeframe, features used, what changed, and what you learned. Nothing is published until the details are reviewed and you have approved the final version.

The interview questions

Question 1

Starting point

What were you trying to change, and what made that goal matter at the time?

Question 2

Approach

Which training, nutrition, programme, or tracking habits did you follow?

Question 3

PT Tracker use

Which features did you actually use, how often, and where did they help or get in the way?

Question 4

Outcome

What changed, over what period, and which results can be supported with records?

Question 5

Reality check

What was difficult, what did not work, and what would you do differently?

Question 6

Next step

What are you working on now, and what advice would you give someone with a similar goal?

What happens before publication

1

Editorial review

We check whether the story is specific, useful, and suitable for the site.

2

Evidence check

Measurable claims are matched to reasonable supporting records.

3

Disclosure

Founder, partner, incentive, image, or other material relationships are labelled.

4

Final permission

You review the finished story and approve identifiable material before it goes live.

Image and privacy choices

You do not need to share a before-and-after photograph. App screenshots, training photographs, food-log examples, or no personal image at all can still support a useful story.

We will not use an AI-generated face or stock portrait as if it were you. Any editorial stock or AI-generated illustration will be labelled, and identifying information is only published with permission.

Supporting records are used for verification and should not be published unless that is agreed separately. Do not email medical records or other highly sensitive documents.

Submission questions

Do I need a dramatic transformation to submit a story?

No. A useful story can be about building consistency, learning to track nutrition, returning to training, following a programme, or discovering a feature that removed friction.

What evidence might PT Tracker request?

Depending on the claim, the team may ask for dated screenshots, app history, measurements, photographs, purchase or account records, or another reasonable way to check the detail.

Will my story be published automatically?

No. Submission starts a review. PT Tracker will agree the wording, disclosure, images, and permission with you before publication.
